| How do I become a new Member? |
- If you have never held membership with the USTA we will need a new
membership application to be completed and signed. The application
can either be faxed or mailed in with the appropriate fees. Unfortunately,
new memberships can not be completed over the phone as we need an original
signature on file.
- A new membership application can
be faxed or mailed to you and they are also available here on our web site.
To request a new membership application to be mailed or faxed please contact
our Customer Service Department. They can be reached at 877-800-USTA ext.

- Completed new membership applications can be faxed or mailed to our office.
The fax number is 614-224-4575. Our mailing address is USTA 750 Michigan
Ave Columbus, OH 43215-1191.
- Once a completed application is received with the appropriate fees it
typically takes 1-2 days to complete the processing. You will then receive a membership card by mail. However, as soon as your application is processed you will immediately be eligible for discounts on USTA products and services.
If the membership number
is needed to obtain a state license please contact the
Customer Service Department at 877-800-USTA ext. 3 or customerservice@ustrotting.com.
They can update you on the status of the processing and
provide your membership number.
- The expiration date for memberships is based on the first letter of
your last name. Please refer to the following table for your expiration
date. Please note: Membership rates are not prorated.

| How do I renew my Membership/Driver
Trainer/Official License? |
- Have you previously held membership and/or a driver/trainer/official
license? You can simply renew at any time! It doesn't matter how long it
has been since you last renewed your membership/driver/trainer/official
license. You don't have to fill out the new membership application again
or take tests you may have previously taken to obtain a driver/trainer/official
license. Our Customer Service Department can access your information and
you will get to use the same member number you previously held.
- The easiest and fastest way to renew is over the phone with a credit
card (VISA, Master Card, or American Express). Renewal rates are as follows:

| What is Equine Membership? |
- If you own a Standardbred and use it for pleasure riding or driving
an Equine membership would be perfect for you! This membership was designed
for Standardbred enthusiasts or people that own Standardbreds for pleasure
riding/driving. This type of membership provides all the same great discounts
on USTA products and services but is less expensive than Active membership!
